1995-1996 Organization Starts

1996-1997 Charitable Social Development Activities for the Weaker Sections of the Rural population.

1997-1998 Youth Development Programs for the youths in Waynad and started the youth Club formation.

1998-1999 Wayand the highest concentration of the Tribes in kerala, they are living in a very poor situation ,Organization started works for the Development of the Tribes.

1999-2000 Women Empowerment through self Help Group Initiatives. Self Help Groups formation for the Socio-Economic Development of Women.

000-2001 Women Empowerment through Training and Capacity Building .

2001-2002 Women Empowerment and Children’s Group (Balavedi) Formation

2002-2003 Bank Linkage Programs for Micro Finance started ,sustainablemanagement of natural resources , Health Programs for the poor peoples.

2003-2004 Natural Resources Management under WGDP , Formation of the Self Help Groups in Operational area.
